• Design and Solid Modeling using Solidworks software
• Finite Element Analysis using Solidworks Simulation
• Suspension analysis and design
• Extensive knowledge of metallurgy, heat treating, shot peening, plating, and other material processes
• Aerodynamic knowledge and extensive wind tunnel experience
• Thermodynamic and fluid mechanics knowledge
• Engineering documentation

Together with partners, WEC, Inc. has the engineering and manufacturing resources to design, build, develop, and campaign race cars from a clean sheet of paper, as well as component design and manufacturing.  This includes:

• Chassis fabrication, including jigs for suspension, engine/ drivetrain mounting
• Individual component fabrication, including jig if necessary
• CNC machining
• Bodywork shaping (plugs and molds)
• Carbon component manufacturing

WEC, Inc. has over 20 years of experience in race engineering sedan and open wheel race cars.  This includes:

• Sprint race set-ups
• Endurance race set-ups
• Endurance race pit strategies
• Data analysis. 

WEC, Inc. can be contracted to race engineer a team for weekends only or involvement in the program as needed.
